Once in a lifetime, God sends you a way out, a way to redeem yourself, something to help you conquer your demons and open up your heart. And if you somehow manage not to be ready for this miracle, and somehow it gets all turnedupside down, then if you are very, very lucky, you may get a second chance. Both of my miracles came in the form of this man, and I just want to thank him. Thank you, Chris, for teaching me how to love and showing me that I was worth loving; thanks for the years of laughter, all of our inside jokes (POOL'SHOT!) and even for the tears, because they're all a part of what makes us us, and what makes us so strong. And all of that is what makes life good. We've got 9 crazy years behind us, but the great part is we have so many more ahead of us, so many more memories to make, and so much more to grow, together.
